Leena has a background in architecture, is a Chartered Landscape Architect as well as an Urban Designer. Her passion for a holistic approach to designing buildings and their outdoor environments has led her to gain extensive experience in the UK and Europe, working on individual houses, large scale housing, mixed-use development master plans and high-end landscapes as well.
More recently, Leena has been working with local authorities to develop, coordinate and implement master plans for priority development areas, regeneration sites, and public realm projects, and has been providing an urban design advisory service to planning and other professionals, particularly in the operation and implementation of the Council’s Development Management Service. Leena was on the Brent Council Design Review Panel for several years.
Ajay has extensive experience in designing dwellings and sustainable developments since 2001. He is passionate about delivering simple, imaginative design solutions to complex spatial problems that are not only good for people but also responsive to the environment.
He has an undergraduate degree in architecture from MSU, India and a postgraduate degree in sustainable design from ETH, Zurich. He has been a member of the Brent Design Review Panel and taught sustainable design at the undergraduate architecture course at Central Saint Martins, London from 2011 - 2021.
