Leena Abraham Shah
Leena is a Chartered Landscape Architect, Urban Designer, and trained architecture professional with a passion for holistic design of both buildings and the surrounding environments these sit in. Her extensive experience across the UK and Europe includes individual homes, large-scale housing developments, mixed-use masterplans, and high-end landscape projects.
In recent years, Leena has collaborated with local authorities to develop, coordinate, and implement masterplans for priority development areas, regeneration sites, and public realm initiatives. She also provides urban design advisory services to planners and developers, particularly supporting the implementation of Local Authorities Development Management Services. Leena served on the Brent Council Design Review Panel for several years.
Ajay Shah
Ajay is driven by a passion for crafting design solutions that are both imaginative and elegantly simple—addressing complex spatial challenges while enriching user experience and lowering ecological impact. Since 2001, he has specialized in residential and sustainable developments, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to environmentally responsive architecture.
Ajay holds an undergraduate degree in architecture from MSU, India, and a postgraduate degree in sustainable design from ETH Zurich. He is a qualified Retrofit Coordinator, LEED AP and BREEAM AP. His professional contributions include serving on the Brent Design Review Panel and teaching sustainable design at the undergraduate architecture program at Central Saint Martins, London, from 2011 to 2021.
In his free time, Ajay enjoys coaching his son's football team, going on long walks with Leena and their dog Simba, and playing the tabla.
